Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Camlenio Software, we aim to provide instant processing for our services. Please note the following cancellation rules:

Recharge & Bill Payments: Once a transaction is initiated and processed by the operator, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Service Appointments: Requests for cancellation of registered services must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited but the service (Recharge/Bill Pay/travel insurance) is not delivered, the system will automatically trigger a refund within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions for our core services:

Service Category	Refund Status
Multi Recharge & Bill Payment	Refundable only if the transaction fails and the amount is debited.
Pan Card & Travel Booking	Refunds processed as per government/service provider guidelines.

No refunds will be provided for:

Transactions failed due to incorrect information provided by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number or bank account).
Completed Pan Card applications that are already under processing by the department.
Confirmed Travel Bookings (subject to the specific airline/railway cancellation fees).
